Associate Professor Angela Carbone recently gave a keynote at the Evidence-based Teaching conference 2016 in Melbourne. The keynote, title “Teaching in higher education – there isn’t enough evidence to tell us what works and why” has been published in The Conversation. You can access the article here
Angela has been an ALT fellow since 2010 and completed her more recent fellowship in 2014 titled Developing Excellence in Learning and Teaching through Peer Assisted teaching Scheme.

**UPDATE Friday January 13 – IFNTF World Summit have extended the deadline for abstracts to January 31, 2017. **Please send your abstract submission to Kirsten Hardie and Carol Evans at email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org by January 31st, 2017 for consideration using the template online (also attached). Abstracts should be approximately 250 words in length excluding references.If you have submitted an abstract already, you should receive confirmation by 17 January at the latest. If you are submitting for the 31 January. Confirmation will be sent by 3 February at the latest.Preferential room rates are available at the Radisson Blu at £129 per night including breakfast if you quote IFNTF but you need to book asap for these rates.
