This Fellowship investigated teachers� needs in relation to technology support for learning designs and implementation strategies.? Much of the previous work has been conducted on the premise that the delivery of quality products will encourage and prompt their use and application by teachers.? The purpose of the inquiry is to explore the missing elements in this work? needed to connect the resources and tools to teachers� needs and wishes.?? The program guided the development of resources and tools, and implementation strategies, needed to support teachers� adoption of ICT-based learning designs and digital resources.

The Australian Learning and Teaching Fellows’ network (ALTF) was established in 2011 with support from the Australian Government Office for Learning and Teaching. The network comprises over 100 scholars who are well placed geographically, institutionally and within their discipline communities to promote and sustain effective learning and teaching in Australian higher education, now and into the future.
